Fees & Forms

As of March 2025, I see all new clients as an out of network provider for my full fee.

My fees are $240 per session, except for the intake session which is $320. I offer free 15 minute consultations via video. At this time, all of my sliding scale slots are filled.

I am happy to provide superbills, which you can submit to insurance for Out of Network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance about details of your plan.


Practice Policies
 
If you do not pay for three sessions in a row, we will have to pause therapy until payment can be made. Please let me know if you are missing an appointment 48 hrs in advance to avoid $175 cancellation fee. 

If you are a new client, I will send you all relevant paperwork/forms before our intake.
